Supreme Court has ordered a one, Ivan Samuel Ssebadduka who recently dragged President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to court, to appear before it on offences of using abusive language in his submission before court and towards the presiding panel.

This followed court’s quashing of Ssebadduka’s petition he filed against the President, together with the electoral commission and the Ministry of health, on grounds that for presidential aspirants to look for voters’ signatures in different parts of the country would lead to increased spread of COVID-19 to voters and the aspirants themselves.
