The Uganda Peoples Defense Force (UPDF) 2nd division spokesperson Maj Charles Kabona who admitted that some similar cases have been received but those accused are punished when investigations pin them, revealed that no security officer is above the law and whoever is accused is thoroughly investigated and dealt with accordingly.
Curfew for boda bodas starts at 6pm while the general curfew starts at 9pm and goes until 5:30am.
