The construction of Ora bridge is Packwach connecting to Amuru, Moyo and south Sudan is progressing.
This is part of the 2016/2021 NRM Manifesto pledge which gears at Boosting the economy, the bridge is being built in preparation to the tarmacking of the Road.
Residents of Pakwach will no longer struggle to access neighboring destinations following government’s commitment to construct Ora Bridge.
The Bridge, currently under construction on what is known as Security or tourism road, connects from Panyimur to Naropi in Moyo, along the Nile River.
Once the bridge that Connects to Amur, Moyo and South Sudan is complete, it will boost inland travels and business.
The Bridge is part of the 2016/2021 NRM Manifesto pledge.
On the other hand, the 61.5 Billion irrigation water project for production has reached 68%. The Project is earmarked to produce rice.
2.6 billion has been set aside to compensate project affected persons, with over 54% already having been compensated.
