NRM Candidates from different parts of Isingiro are accusing each other of trading their campaigns along religious lines, ethnicity, and sectarianism which have left NRM supporters divided.
Political players together with religious leaders fear the entire electoral process might be marred by chaos if the vice is not shunned with immediate effect.

A cross section of NRM candidates in Kasese district have vowed not to come as independents should they lose in the fourth coming primary elections. The elections are slated for tomorrow, Friday, across the country.

Come this Friday, all NRM flag bearers will be known as it will be the polling day for the primaries.
For Koboko municipality NRM flag bearer, the competition is on between state minister for investments, Evelyn Anite, and Dr. Charles Ayume, who were seen moving door to door to finalize campaigns.
As Philip Aguta now reports, each candidate’s camp believes in winning the elections come Friday.
