The world boxing council and Africa boxing Union have provided covid-19 relief funds to its stakeholders.
Uganda professional boxing commission has been boosted by covid-19 relief funds from its two parent bodies of World boxing council and African boxing union.
The recipients are either former World or African champions but also those that ever competed at that level.

Six Uganda professional boxers have each benefitted 1.7m/- covid-19 relief funds from world boxing council and Africa boxing union purposely for food relief.

The beneficiary boxers are either former world or African champions or any one that ever contested at that level.

The recipients are Davis Lusimbo, Francis Macho Kiwanuka, Joseph Kiwanuka, Charles Kizza, Badru Lusambya and Joey Vegas Lubega.

Uganda professional boxing commission has during the covid-19 pandemic lockdown aided all its licensed boxers with sights now set on delivery of the presidential pledges.
